Terms of Service

The service

Smoov is a product intelligence and sourcing tool for Amazon FBA sellers. We analyze Amazon marketplace data to help you evaluate product opportunities, decode liquidation manifests, and assess sourcing options.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Smoov. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you sign up. One account per person. Do not share your account or create multiple accounts to get around usage limits.

Free and Core tiers

The Free tier gives you access to basic tools with monthly usage limits. No credit card required.

The Core tier is a paid subscription. Your subscription price is locked for 12 months from your signup date, regardless of any price changes we make for new subscribers. Cancellation breaks the lock. Resubscribing later means the current public rate applies.

Core includes 500 AI evaluations per calendar month for product scoring tools that rely on our AI analysis layer, such as the RAS Engine and Bulk ASIN Scan. The Free tier includes 20 evaluations per month under the same shared bucket. This monthly cap exists so we can sustainably deliver the AI work on every paid evaluation. Additional evaluations can be purchased in packs at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection at signup.

Annual subscriptions are not refundable except as required by EU or UK consumer law (14-day statutory cooling off on first purchase, handled via support). Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period.

If we charge your card after a confirmed cancellation: you receive a full refund plus a $50 account credit, automatically. No questions asked.

What you can and cannot do

You may use Smoov to research products, evaluate opportunities, and build your Amazon business.

You may not use automated tools or scripts to extract data from Smoov at scale. You may not attempt to circumvent our rate limits, usage caps, or abuse prevention systems. You may not share access to Core features with people who do not have a paid subscription. You may not use Smoov for any unlawful purpose.

Our data and AI outputs

Smoov uses real Amazon marketplace data from licensed third party sources. Our AI analysis is for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice. Product scores and market estimates reflect our best analysis of available data. They are not guarantees of future performance. Always do your own due diligence before making purchasing or sourcing decisions.

Third party services

Smoov uses the following third party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Keepa (Amazon market data), Fingerprint Pro (abuse prevention), Resend (email delivery), Google Vertex AI (AI analysis), Apify (web data collection).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except as required by law or legitimate business operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoov and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Smoov after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
