Breach notification

How and when we notify customers in the event of a confirmed security incident.

72-hour commitment. From the moment we confirm a security incident affecting customer data, we will notify the affected customers within 72 hours.

What the notification will include

  1. Nature and scope of the incident.
  2. Affected data categories and systems.
  3. Remediation steps taken to date.
  4. Recommendations for customer action (if any).
  5. A commitment to ongoing updates until the incident is fully resolved.

Operating model

Incident response is founder-led. Detection, triage, customer notification, and post-incident review are all owned by the founder until the on-call rotation expands.
