Download Your Data

Under GDPR Art. 15/20 and equivalent state laws, you have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format (JSON or CSV). Exports are delivered within 24 hours for most accounts.

To request a data export, email privacy@smoov.app with the subject line "Data export request." We respond within 24 hours for most accounts.

Correct Your Data

Under GDPR Art. 16 and equivalent state laws, you have the right to correct inaccurate personal data. For profile fields, you can update directly in Settings → Profile. For other data corrections, use the form below.

Delete Your Account & Data

Under GDPR Art. 17 (right to erasure) and equivalent state laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Account deletion triggers a full cascade deletion across all subsystems.

To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@smoov.app. We will process your request within 30 days per GDPR Art. 17.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under CCPA §1798.120 and equivalent state laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Smoov does not sell personal information. We include this opt-out as a defensive measure and to respect your rights proactively.

Request Human Review of an Automated Decision

Under GDPR Art. 22 and equivalent state laws, you have the right to request human review of automated decisions that affect you, including account suspension, listing rejection, or capability restrictions. We respond within 72 hours.
