2. Resubscribe in one click.

   Coming back is as easy as leaving. Your data stays. Click resubscribe and you are back where you were.

3. No cancellation fees.

   No early termination fees on annual plans.

4. Cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

   The Free tier is your trial. No money back guarantee needed because you can evaluate the real product without paying first. EU and UK customers receive the legally required 14 day cooling off window on first purchase only.

5. If we charge your card after you cancel: full refund plus $50 credit, automatically.

   This is defect recovery on our cancellation pipeline. Not a refund window. Just: if we make an error, we fix it immediately and compensate you.

6. No automatic annual renewal without 14 days advance notice by email.

7. 12 month price lock from signup.

   What you pay today is what you will pay for 12 months. No overnight pricing changes. Cancellation breaks the lock. Resubscribing later means the current public rate.

8. Public bug log.

   Every bug we have fixed is at /bugs. Every bug under investigation is there too.

9. Public transparency reports.

   The same data that powers our analytics is published for everyone at /transparency.

10. Pricing is the same for everyone.

    Whether you find us through search, a partnership code, or a comparison page, you pay the same price. No segment based tricks.

11. No pause or hibernate UI.

    Cancellation is one click. Resubscription preserves your data. There is nothing to pause around. If we ever ship a pause feature, the banner will say exactly when billing resumes and what it will cost, with no ambiguity.

12. No automatically applied add-ons.

    Any feature that produces a charge requires your deliberate click. No opt-out boxes at signup.

13. Charge transparency.

    You receive a 24 hour advance email and in-app banner before any charge of any kind. Every $3.95 unlock shows a confirmation modal before charging. Every charge is itemized on your billing page.

14. One human channel for support.

    The Smoov AI agent answers in-app, with the founder reading every escalated message. We do not redirect you between departments.

These commitments are public and permanent. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before changing any of them.
